Chad was a lifesaver for us. I had tried a few other agents with a few other firms; and hands down he was the best. He helped us find just the right second/vacation home that we've so been desiring for years. He showed us places on the weekend when it was convenient for us, he talked to us many, many times after hours and guided us to others on the island who could help us with financing.
